Where the blank pages go
Separated by commas, with ranges allowed: 1 for the front, 1, 4 for the front and the end of a three-page file, or 2-4 for three blanks in a row.

Positions count the pages of the result, so inserting at 1 and 4 into a three-page document gives blank, page 1, page 2, page 3, blank.

Each inserted page is created at the size of the page beside it and takes on its rotation, so it sits correctly in the sequence rather than looking like a different document.
